So, what's a Ceilidh?

ceilidh (pronounced: kay-lee) is an informal Scottish gathering or party with piping, dancing, singing, food & fun!

Our local Scottish Country Dance group meets on Tuesday evenings from 7-9pm at the Sunrise Senior Center, 10750 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise. New members are always welcome - no experience necessary! If you'd like to 'get a leg up' on the ceilidh, the class will specifically be reviewing/learning some popular Ceilidh dances at the 11/12 and 11/19 classes. Contact instructor Rinthy Aman for more information at: rinthy@gate.net
