The SASSF By-Laws may be amended, repealed or added to at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors or of the members, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board, or by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members entitled to vote, as the case may be, provided that Section I of Article IV may be amended only by vote of the members as otherwise provided.
