2022 SASSF Annual General Meeting

The 2022-2023 SASSF Board will be elected at the Annual General Meeting [AGM]  at 3 pm on May 22, 2022 at the Plantation Presbyterian Church,  901 NW 70th Avenue, Plantation, FL.

While members and non-members alike are always welcome to attend our meetings, as per the current SASSF Bylaws only SASSF members in good standing who  joined/renewed by April 21st are eligible to vote at the AGM.  Since the current slate of eleven meets the Bylaws requirement to seat a Board of three to eleven members, a formal ballot may not be required.    You can see the list of 2022-2023 Board nominees here. 

The new Board will elect officers, then set a preliminary meeting schedule to begin planning for the 2022-2023 Festival and all other SASSF activities.
