2021 SASSF Annual General Meeting

The 2021-2022 SASSF Board will be elected at the Annual General Meeting [AGM]  at 4 pm on May 16, 2021 at the Plantation Presbyterian Church,  901 NW 70th Avenue, Plantation, FL.

While members and non-members alike are always welcome to attend our meetings, as per the current SASSF Bylaws only SASSF members in good standing who have joined/renewed by April 17th are eligible to vote at the AGM and all voting must take place in person.

While we realize that the CDC has recently issued new guidance for those who are fully vaccinated, the Presbyterian Church, who is graciously allowing us to use their facilities & grounds for the AGM, requires that we continue the following safety precautions: 

• The AGM meeting will be held in the outside courtyard.  We will have folding chairs and benches, but if you are able to  bring your own lawn chair  it will minimize cleanup.  
• All present are required to wear a facial covering, unless you have a medical condition that makes wearing a facial covering unsafe.  A supply of disposable masks will be available
• Physical distancing of 6 ft between non-family members will be required.  
• Ballots/pens have been prepared and quarantined for 72 hours.  

Registration/RSVP is not required, but appreciated so we have some sense of how many may attend.   We'll have water and shortbread to get you through...
